We travel the world looking for places it hasn't ruined yet. That's how we found our 1,200-year-old vineyard a tiny village of Italy, still hand-tended and dry-farmed since Benedictine monks planted it. It's how we found our vineyards in California's Agua Tibia Mountains, farmed sustainably at high elevation. And it's how we're planting our newest one, Il Sogno, on the seafront cliffs of southern Marche in quantities small enough that most of it will only ever reach our wine club.
