About this wine
Our best expression yet of our sustainably grown cabernet sauvignon. An elegant and rich red companion, favorite to many, shown in Southern Californian style witth nuances of french oak. This wine-lover’s staple is reminiscent of vintages past with a freshness only attainable at high elevations, grown on top of the Agua Tibia Mountains. This red is medium acidity, rich but pleasing tannins, and full-bodied. It fills the glass with black and red cherry notes, a hint of tart plum, and a warming background of earthy tones such as tobacco, baking spices, and oak. Whispers of smoke trail against its velvety long finish.
