Hand tended for generations and founded by the Benedictine Monks, our fruits present a complex aroma of ripe red fruits, with tones of plum and date, intertwined with Mediterranean herbs and floral hints of violet. A light spice dances through, hinting at ginger and chili chocolate, adding intrigue.
