Creamed 100% Wildflower Honey from our family Estate in Tennessee. This honey is made at home near our horses pastures on the most scenic part of our property. It comes from four small colonies we have sought to protect, learn from, and love! Our creamed honey has a smooth spreadable butter-like texture, achieved by an extra 4 weeks of patience. The honey will crystallize — forming millions of tiny crystals which give it that highly desirable creamy finish.
Tasting Notes
Light and very floral with notes of:
- Jasmine
- Leche
- Green apple
- Muscadine Flowers
- Faint citrus.
Decent persistence and very multi floral.
