Founded by legendary musician Dave Mustaine and his family, House of Mustaine began as an unorthodox passion project and blossomed into a celebrated family-owned winery. After four decades on stage, Dave’s creative muse found a new canvas in the vineyard. What started with offering a special wine at a symphony performance transformed into a calling: crafting world-class wines that marry a rock-and-roll heritage with time-honored winemaking traditions.

Today, under the guidance of Dave’s wife, Pamela and daughter Electra Mustaine, a certified sommelier and next-generation vintner, our family carries forward this unique legacy. Every aspect of our winery is hands-on and personal. We planted our first vines by hand in 2015 and have since cultivated partnerships in unique and renowned regions to grow the finest grapes.

Each limited-production wine is a labor of love, named after one of Dave’s iconic songs and proudly stamped with the Mustaine family crest. Just as a song captures emotion and story, each of our wines capture a place, a time, and a piece of our soul.
