• overview

In Le Marche, September draws you outside: toward the blue of the Adriatic, the light across the hills, and vines heavy with the season’s work. With Electra and Pam as your hosts, you step into the Mustaine family’s own Italian vineyards and experience La Vendemmia — the harvest — with your hands among the grapes. The wine in your glass begins to feel less like a destination and more like a story you are part of.

For three nights, House of Mustaine at Villa Lattanzi is your home between the vines and the sea. You find room for an unhurried breakfast, an afternoon by the coast, and evenings around the table, where the flavors of Le Marche meet the easy warmth of a family gathering. From sunset at Il Sogno to a farewell dinner in Fermo and a final countryside cooking experience, you discover a place through the moments you share there.

trip itinerary

This itinerary is intended as a guide. Your host may change the itinerary to take advantage of weather conditions.

Day 1:  "Arrive, exhale, you’re in Le Marche"

You leave Rome behind as the journey carries you toward the hills of Le Marche and the
Adriatic beyond. At your private Villa, a welcome aperitivo marks the moment you stop travelling and start settling in. By evening, you gather for the Wanderlust reception and your first sommelier-led wine dinner curated by the Michelin rated restaurant on the ground floor of your villa — a chance to turn introductions into conversation and let the flavors of Marche welcome you to the table.

Day 2: "Sea air, slow hours & vineyard light"

You ease into the morning over breakfast, with a day ahead that leaves room to linger. At the
Beach Club, the Adriatic sets the mood; if a quieter day calls, you stay at the villa and make the pool your retreat. Later, you'll head to Il Sogno a private experience of our newly planted estate vineyard on the seafront for a sunset dining experience, trading the blue of the coast for the softer light of the vineyard.

Day 3: "Your hands in the harvest"

Today, the vineyard is more than a view: you step into the
Montepulciano harvest at our Holy Wars plot, with grapes in your hands and the season happening around you. Together, you'll begin to understand the care behind each bottle through the simple act of being there. An afternoon at your own pace leaves room for an optional gelato stop in Pedaso at the Mustaine's favorite bar & gelateria before the nearby castle-town draws you back to the table for a farewell dinner, with the warmth of shared stories and no need to hurry the conversation.

Day 4: "A taste to take with you"

Begin with one more complimentary gourmet breakfast at your leisure, letting the morning unfold before it is time to leave. The journey is not quite over: at
La Conca, you step into a cooking experience that brings the biodynamic art of agriculture to the table. As you return to Rome, you carry more than the memory of a beautiful place... you carry the feel of harvest, the rhythm of its days, and the conversations you want to continue.
