On an extraordinary night in Nashville, the 404 Restaurant played host to a memorable wine dinner featuring Dave Mustaine and House of Mustaine wines. This unique event paired gourmet culinary creations with select wines from a brand renowned for showcasing the best of European vineyards.

The first course, a vibrant Summer Salad featuring Gulf shrimp, spring mix, kale, citrus, feta, and seed brittle finished with charcoal vinaigrette, was complemented by the delicate House of Mustaine She-Wolf, a Tempranillo Rosé. Next, guests savored Duck Confit served with collards and a luscious blackberry sauce. This rich dish married seamlessly with House of Mustaine's Holy Wars, a Montepulciano that added depth and complexity to the meal.
The evening continued with a showstopper: 72 Hour Tri-Tip, grilled to perfection, accompanied by aleppo summer squash, pecans, dried black cherries, and red wine jus. This hearty main course paired excellently with House of Mustaine's Almost Honest, a robust Cabernet Sauvignon that elevated the flavors of the tri-tip and harmonized with the dish's earthy notes.
To conclude the evening on a sweet note, guests indulged in Berries n’ Cream, featuring mascarpone, chantilly cream, fresh berries, and shortbread cookies. This light and refreshing dessert was the perfect finale, beautifully paired with the remainder of the evening's selections.
