Updated Membership-Subscription Policy (12 Bottle Minimum, Flexible Modifications) - April 1st, 2026

Minimum Membership Commitment

By enrolling in a House of Mustaine Wine Club membership, you agree to purchase a minimum total of twelve (12) bottles before your membership is eligible for cancellation.

For sustainability and responsible shipping purposes, each individual Wine Club shipment has a minimum of three (3) bottles.

The 12-bottle commitment may be fulfilled through at least four (4) Wine Club shipments of three (3) bottles each, or through another combination of qualifying Wine Club shipments totaling at least twelve (12) bottles, provided that each individual shipment meets the three-bottle minimum.

The requirement is 12 bottles total.

No Early Cancellation

Wine Club memberships cannot be canceled before the 12-bottle minimum commitment has been fulfilled.

Skipping a shipment, changing shipment frequency, modifying wine selections, or making other permitted membership changes does not waive, reduce, or satisfy the outstanding minimum purchase commitment.

Once the 12-bottle minimum has been fulfilled, the membership may be canceled in accordance with this policy.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, House of Mustaine may, in its sole discretion, agree to release a member from the remaining minimum purchase commitment.

Any such accommodation is considered on an individual basis and is not guaranteed or automatically available upon request. An exception granted to one member or under one set of circumstances does not create a right to an exception for any other member or circumstance.

If House of Mustaine elects to approve an exception before the minimum commitment has been fulfilled, the member will be required to repay the value of all Wine Club membership discounts received on qualifying purchases made during the membership before cancellation becomes effective.

The applicable amount will equal the difference between the member price paid and the standard non-member price that would have applied to those purchases.

Payment of this amount does not create a right to early cancellation. The adjustment applies only after House of Mustaine has independently approved an exception to the minimum membership commitment.

House of Mustaine reserves the right to request information reasonably necessary to evaluate a request for an exception.

Cancellation After Completing the Commitment

After purchasing the required minimum of twelve (12) bottles, you may request cancellation of your Wine Club membership.

Cancellation applies only to eligible future membership orders and does not retroactively cancel an order that has already entered fulfillment or shipped.

Once a wine order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
