House of Mustaine, LLC
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, reservations, experiences, wine travel programs, retreats, hospitality events, vineyard tours, harvest trips, tastings, and related services offered by House of Mustaine, LLC (“House of Mustaine,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking or participating in any House of Mustaine experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
COMPANY INFORMATION
House of Mustaine, LLC is a Tennessee limited liability company operating in the State of Tennessee, United States. In these Terms & Conditions: “You” and “your” refers to all persons included within a booking or reservation. “We,” “us,” and “our” refers to House of Mustaine, LLC. “Experience” refers to any event, retreat, tour, tasting, dinner, travel itinerary, harvest trip, transportation arrangement, lodging arrangement, hospitality package, or related activity offered by House of Mustaine.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
House of Mustaine may organize and coordinate travel experiences and hospitality programs that involve third-party providers including, but not limited to: Hotels Airlines Transportation companies Restaurants Wineries Event venues Guides Tour operators Activity providers
Certain services may therefore be provided by independent third parties. Those suppliers may maintain their own terms, conditions, waivers, and policies, which will also apply to your booking where applicable. House of Mustaine acts as organizer, curator, and coordinator of the overall experience but is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, injuries, losses, cancellations, or failures of independent third-party suppliers.
MAKING YOUR BOOKING
A booking is considered confirmed once: Your reservation request has been accepted; Required forms and information have been submitted; Payment or deposit has been received; and A confirmation email or invoice has been issued by House of Mustaine. The individual making the booking confirms they have authority to agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all guests included within the reservation.
PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise specified in writing: A deposit of 50%, specified upon payment, is required to secure your reservation. Full payment may be required at the time of booking for reservations made within 90 days of departure or event commencement. Final balances are due no later than August 1st, 2026. Failure to remit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. House of Mustaine reserves the right to cancel unpaid bookings and release reservations to other guests.
PRICING
All prices are subject to correction for typographical, administrative, or supplier errors. Prices may fluctuate due to: Currency exchange changes Supplier increases Fuel surcharges Taxes Government fees Tariffs Transportation increases Once your booking has been confirmed and fully paid, your price will generally not increase except where required by third-party suppliers or government-imposed changes outside our control.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Due to the bespoke custom nature of this event, refunds will only be posisble prior to August 1st in the case of cancelation. Deposit forfeited, Remaining balance refunded, less processing fees prior to August 1st 100% of total booking amount forfeited Certain experiences, private events, custom itineraries, and international travel programs may have stricter cancellation terms, which will be disclosed prior to booking. House of Mustaine strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
TRANSFERS & SUBSTITUTIONS
Reservations may be transferable to another guest upon written approval by House of Mustaine, provided: Adequate notice is given; Replacement guests meet all participation requirements; and Suppliers permit the substitution. Additional administrative fees may apply.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain international experiences. Coverage should include: Trip cancellation Medical coverage Emergency evacuation Personal liability Lost baggage Travel interruption It is your responsibility to ensure your insurance policy adequately covers all activities associated with your booking.
HEALTH, SAFETY & PARTICIPATION
Certain experiences may involve: International travel, Winery production areas Uneven terrain, Agricultural environments, Physical activity, Alcohol consumption, Outdoor conditions, Historic properties, Remote locations.
You acknowledge participation is voluntary and that you assume all associated risks. House of Mustaine reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behavior, condition, intoxication, or conduct may endanger themselves, staff, vendors, or other guests. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
FOOD, ALCOHOL & ALLERGIES
Guests are solely responsible for disclosing dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, or food sensitivities prior to participation. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate dietary requests, House of Mustaine cannot guarantee allergen-free environments. Alcohol consumption is voluntary and entirely at your own risk. Guests must comply with all local laws regarding alcohol consumption and conduct.
ITINERARY CHANGES
We reserve the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, schedules, wineries, restaurants, transportation, activities, or venues when reasonably necessary due to: Weather, Harvest conditions, Supplier availability, Safety concerns, Government restrictions, Force majeure events, Operational requirements
Such changes do not constitute grounds for refund.
FORCE MAJEURE
House of Mustaine shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, injury, loss, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters, Severe weather, Fire, Earthquakes, Flood, Epidemics or pandemics, Government actions, Travel restrictions, War, Terrorism, Labor disputes, Transportation interruptions, Supplier insolvency.
Under such circumstances, refunds, credits, or rescheduling options shall be determined at our discretion and subject to supplier policies.
LIABILITY LIMITATION
To the fullest extent permitted under Tennessee law: House of Mustaine nor its subsidiaries or members shall not be liable for: Personal injury, Illness, Death Property damage, Theft, Delays, Missed transportation, Supplier failures, Acts of third parties, Alcohol-related incidents, Force majeure events.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid directly to House of Mustaine for the applicable experience. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
During experiences, events, and travel programs, photographs and video may be captured by House of Mustaine or authorized partners. By participating, you grant House of Mustaine permission to use such media for marketing, editorial, website, social media, promotional, and commercial purposes without compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. If you do not wish to appear in photography or video, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.
CONTENT CREATION & COMMERCIAL USE
Guests may not use House of Mustaine experiences for commercial content production, influencer campaigns, professional photography shoots, advertising, or brand partnerships without prior written approval. We reserve the right to restrict filming, photography equipment, drones, or disruptive content creation activities.
GUEST CONDUCT
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward: Other guests, Staff Vendors, Winery personnel, Hospitality teams, Local communities, Harassment, abusive conduct, intoxicated disruption, illegal activity, dangerous behavior, or damage to property may result in immediate removal from the experience without refund. Guests are financially responsible for any damages caused by themselves or members of their party.
PASSPORTS, VISAS & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
For international experiences, guests are solely responsible for obtaining: Valid passports Visas Vaccinations Entry documents Health documentation Travel authorizations House of Mustaine is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel interruptions caused by insufficient documentation.
DATA PRIVACY
House of Mustaine processes personal information in accordance with applicable United States privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information for operational, travel, hospitality, marketing, and booking-related purposes.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
