Elysian Fields, Verdicchio Dei Castelli di Jesi DOC 23’
A splash of minerality arguably one of Italy’s greatest white wines. Here, you’ll find a dry white wine of great acidity and bright granny smith character. Perfectly laced between fruit forward notes are fresh flowers such as jasmine and hawthorns alongside bright citrus of lemon and white nectarines. Rounded on the finish are hints of comforting honeycomb complimenting this very crisp and clean, full-bodied white wine.
