À Tout Le Monde: Champenoise

A lifetime of craftsmanship in one tall glistening emerald bottle. This Champenoise is the starting horn for celebration! In devotion to the traditional French method, this wine is hand-riddled, made entirely in-bottle for nearly six-years; until perfection. This wine is ALIVE and each bottle is unique to the next. First, be enchanted by tiny bubbles reminiscent of a vintage pearl-strand necklace in glass. With a bouquet of hazelnuts and pear, triumphantly followed by citrus and green apple, with a warm undertone of fresh croissant.

  • We use only ancient Italian methods as the generations before us for the purest wines as the founders did over 1600 years ago; using hand-havesting, hand-pressing, and hand-pruning methods and chemical-free managment.

  • We do not use animal products in our products; which other competitors often use for filtration.

  • Non-vintage Champagne wine is legally unsellable until 15 months' in-bottle aging on lees. But most top producers (like us) in Champagne hold bottles on lees for 6–8 years; higher quality and complexity.

  • Hand-riddling is still done for Prestige Cuvées (such as ours) in Champagne, but has otherwise been largely abandoned because of the high labour costs. Made in-bottle using a process known as riddling (remuage in French). Every two days (like in Champagne) the bottles are given a slight shake and hand-turned in racks.

  • 'Single Vineyard' is a term used in the wine industry referencing that the wine in the bottle comes from a single vineyard site. Which means this particular vineyard, and the grapes grown there, have been isolated from all other vineyards due to its superiority.
